RE:TV is the new platform for showcasing “sustainable solutions to the climate and biodiversity crisis,” according to the King. It is the digital extension of his non-profit, also called RE:TV, which he founded in 2020. The org has made over 100 short films about innovative environmental projects worldwide, which have previously been launched on platforms including Bloomberg and Waterbear.

RE: TV will be able to debut its material immediately online now that it has its own YouTube page.

To mark the occasion, RE: TV has produced a short film titled "The Speeches: 50 Years of Speaking Up For The Planet," in which 19 actors and environmentalists quote some of King Charles's environmental speeches from 1970 to 2020 when he was still the Prince of Wales.

Elba Colman and Woody Harrelson are among them, as well as actor Glenn Close, BBC gardening presenter Danny Clarke, YouTube environmental activist Jack Harries, and climate activist Leah Thomas.

The lectures are interlaced with video clips of deforestation, garbage, and climate change effects such as flooding.

Atomized Studios produced the short, which was directed by Anatole Sloan. Zad Rodgers and Dan Watt-Smith executive produced, while Zoe Evans produced. Nathan Klein is the composer and Alana O'Neill is the production manager. The music was recorded live at London's Air Edel Studios.

Queen Consort Camilla, will be crowned with Queen Mary's Crown, which has been removed from the Tower of London and resized in preparation for the coronation on May 6th. "Queen Mary's Crown has been removed from display at the Tower of London for modification work ahead of the Coronation in May," according to the statement. "The Queen Consort will wear the Crown, marking the first time in recent history that an existing crown will be used for the Coronation of a Consort rather than a new commission being made."

"In tribute to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth, the Crown will be reset with the Cullinan III, IV and V diamonds. The diamonds were part of Queen Elizabeth II's personal jewellery collection for many years and were often worn by Her late Majesty as brooches..." the statement concluded.

The coronation of King Charles and his Queen Consort, Camilla, is scheduled for Saturday, May 6, 2023, at Westminster Abbey.

A star-studded concert at Windsor Castle, a nationwide series of street parties, and a national volunteering campaign dubbed "The Big Help Out" are among the highlights.

"Buckingham Palace is pleased to announce additional details on the ceremonial, celebratory, and community events that will take place over the Coronation Weekend between Saturday, May 6th, and Monday, May 8th, 2023," said Buckingham Palace in a press release.

"The Service will be conducted by the Archbishop of Canterbury. As previously announced, the Service will reflect the Monarch's role today and look towards the future, while being rooted in long-standing traditions and pageantry," read Buckingham Palace's release. Across the Coronation Weekend, there will be further opportunities for people to come together in celebration of the historic occasion.

On Sunday, 7th May 2023, a special Coronation Concert will be staged and broadcast live at Windsor Castle by the BBC and BBC Studios, with several thousand pairs of tickets to be made available via a public ballot.

The Coronation Big Lunch, at which neighbours and communities are invited to share food and fun together, will take place across the country on the same date. On Monday, 8th May 2023, members of the public will be invited to take part in The Big Help Out, added the release. The Coronation Service will take place on the morning of Saturday, May 6, 2023 at Westminster Abbey.

"Their Majesties The King and The Queen Consort will arrive at Westminster Abbey in procession from Buckingham Palace, known as 'The King's Procession'. After the Service, Their Majesties will return to Buckingham Palace in a larger ceremonial procession, known as 'The Coronation Procession'. Their Majesties will be joined in this procession by other Members of the Royal Family," added the release.

The concert will see a world-class orchestra play interpretations of musical favourites fronted by some of the world's biggest entertainers, alongside performers from the world of dance. Alongside the stars of the concert, the show will also see an exclusive appearance from The Coronation Choir. This diverse group will be created from the nation's keenest community choirs and amateur singers from across the United Kingdom, such as Refugee choirs, NHS choirs, LGBTQ+ singing groups and deaf signing choirs, said the release. The centrepiece of the Coronation Concert, 'Lighting up the Nation', will see the country join together in celebration as iconic locations across the United Kingdom are lit up using projections, lasers, drone displays and illuminations.

That Monday, when many Britons will take advantage of a one-off May 8 holiday, the palace hopes that some will undertake volunteer work. Charles, as Prince of Wales, emphasized volunteer service through his charities and views that as a major legacy of his coronation, according to the palace.

However, the palace has left some important questions about the coronation unanswered, not least whether the king's younger son, Prince Harry and his wife, Meghan, will be invited.

Mumbai [India], September 11: On Saturday, King Charles III took the throne as the new monarch of England after his mother's demise on Thursday.

As Brits continue to grieve the loss of their longest-serving monarch, Charles took over the reins of the crown.

As the mourning period passes by, many are curious to know what the new King brings with him. The curiosity around his past and personal life has been growing, and to put to rest the wandering thoughts in your mind, we compiled a list of interesting facts and a list of interesting incidents that have been a part of the new British King.

Take a look:

1. He is the third Monarch of England to go by the name 'King Charles'. King Charles I, the monarch succeeded his father James I in 1625 as the King of England and Scotland. Charles' acts during his reign enraged his Parliament, sparked the English Civil War, and ultimately ended in his execution in 1649. King Charles II was the king of Great Britain and Ireland from 1660 until he passed away in 1685.

2. Born on November 14, 1948, Charles, before being proclaimed as the King, was the longest-serving heir to the throne. He's also the oldest person to accede to the crown.

3. He once built a town! Poundbury is the name of the town, which is situated in Dorchester, England. Charles wanted the town to be a blend of traditional architecture and modern urban planning because he has a long history of interest in urban planning and development.

4. In 1996, he was the first heir to the throne to have been granted a divorce. He was married to Lady Diana Spencer. A year later, Princess Diana died in a car accident in Paris. As a result, Prince Charles was exempt from the Church of England's remarriage limitations, even though Camilla Parker Bowles and Prince Charles were legally wed in 2005 after the law had already been established in 2002.

5. He is also an accomplished painter. In fact, he is among the best-selling living painters in the UK! People Magazine reports that King Charles mainly creates watercolour landscapes, and since 1997, sales of his artwork have brought nearly USD 3 million. Charles gives the Prince of Wales' charitable foundation the money from the sale. His lithographs can sell for anything between USD 3,600 and over USD 21,000.

6. King Charles loves farming and gardening! He farms alone and has a green thumb of his own. He even acknowledged that he communicates with (and instructs!) the plants at his farm, according to People Magazine. He also loves the environment so much that he has a company 'Duchy Originals', which distributes food and goods produced ethically, and is an advocate of organic farming. He even modified his vintage Aston Martin car so it could run on bioethanol fuel, made from surplus English wine.

7. Unlike Queen Elizabeth II or any other heir to the throne before him, he was not home-schooled. In fact, he was the first heir to the throne who earned a university degree. He attended University of Cambridge in 1967.

8. While giving an interview to British journalist Jonathan Dimbleby, Charles admitted to committing adultery during his marriage to Princess Diana.
