Mumbai [India], October 15: On the first day of Navratri, the makers of the upcoming action thriller 'Singham Again' presented the first look of actor Deepika Padukone as the lady officer Shakti Shetty.

Director Rohit Shetty took to Instagram to share a couple of photos with the comment, "NAARI SITA KA BHI ROOP HAI AUR DURGA KA BHI... MEET THE MOST BRUTAL AND VIOLENT OFFICER OF OUR COP UNIVERSE... DEEPIKA PADUKONE... SHAKTI SHETTY... MY LADY SINGHAM."

Deepika appeared in the poster for the first time in a police uniform. She is seen sitting in front of what appears to be a burning truck, clutching the man with the gun in his mouth. The 'Pathaan' actor is shown carrying a rifle with a bandage on her hand and a smile on her face in the second post. Deepika will be seen in Rohit Shetty's next cop flick as Shakti Shetty, a cop.

Fans flooded the comment section with red hearts and fire emoticons shortly after Rohit released the first glimpse. "'Re Deva!!!! AALI RE AALI!!!!!!!!!!" commented hubby Ranveer Singh.

'Singham Again,' directed by Rohit Shetty, also stars Ajay Devgn and Kareena Kapoor Khan in lead roles.

The film is slated to be released in theaters on July 4, 2024, and will compete with Allu Arjun's 'Pushpa 2'.










As he prepares to make his debut on the Marathi screen, Rohit Shetty adds another feather to his cap. The director shared his new endeavour with his fans on Monday. Rohit published the teaser for his upcoming film, "School College Ani Life," on Instagram.

He stated, "Sharing the video, "When will you make a Marathi film, is a question I frequently get from my Marathi audience. ... This is it, then. For my marathi audience, my first marathi endeavour! Despite not being one, the movie is directed by Rohit Shetty. A heartwarming story that captures a glimpse of life! a Vihan Suryavanshi production. release date of April 14."


Tejaswi Prakash and Karan Parab play the two main characters in the movie. The trailer displayed amusing incidents from college and high school.

Also, there is the college-based love tale between Tejasswi and Karan Parab. Internet users and businesspeople expressed their excitement and left comments after the announcement. In response, Pooja Hegde, who collaborated with Rohit on "Cirkus," used clapping hand emojis. Can't wait, Tejasswi Prakash wrote.

Karan Kundrra, an actor and Tejasswi's boyfriend, wrote: "THIS, now, is what I consider a movie trailer. Congratulations to the crew; Laddoo, you can stop looking back now that you have a large-scale production with aesthetics and the proper partners supporting the movie."

"Thank you so much for bringing our old school days back," one of the followers remarked. "It would be good to watch my school in theatre on TV."

Another remark read, "Very excited....mind-blowing trailer..and my fav tejasswi in the film...we always adored your bond with tejasswi..since khatron days... what a wonderful actor she is.

Together with Pavitra Gandhi and Vivek Shah, Rohit Shetty will produce his first Marathi feature. Jitendra Joshi also appears in the movie. On April 14, 2023, "School College Ani Life," which is directed by Vihan Suryavanshi, will be released in theatres.





Mumbai (Maharashtra), Jan 3: Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn and director Rohit Shetty began filming for their upcoming action film 'Singham Again' on Monday.

Taking to Instagram, Ajay shared a picture which he captioned, "Made a good start to the New Year with @itsrohitshetty 's narration of Singham Again. The script I heard is. God willing this will be our 11th blockbuster."


'Singham Again' is going to be the third instalment of the super hit cop franchise 'Singham'. 

'Singham Again,' directed by Rohit Shetty, will also star actor Deepika Padukone as a cop. 

Fans flooded the comment section with red hearts and fire emoticons shortly after the 'Runway 34' actor shared the photo.

'Singham,' which starred Kajal Aggarwal and Prakash Raj in the lead roles, was released in 2011, and was followed by 'Singham Returns,' which was released in 2014, and both projects were box office hits. Aside from the 'Singham' series, director Rohit Shetty and Ajay Devgn have collaborated on films such as 'Zameen,' the 'Golmaal' franchise, and a comedy film called 'All the Best,' all of which performed well. Meanwhile, Rohit Shetty's comedy film 'Cirkus,' starring Ranveer Singh, Jacqueline Fernandez, and Pooja Hegde, was recently released. At the box office, the film failed to wow the audience.

Rohit's next project is an upcoming web series called 'Indian Police Force,' which will star Sidharth Malhotra, Shilpa Shetty Kundra, and Vivek Oberoi and will be available exclusively on the OTT platform Amazon Prime Video.

Ajay, on the other hand, will be seen in producer Boney Kapoor's next sports drama film 'Maidaan' as well as an action thriller film 'Bholaa'.
